• No, it is refurbished by bestbuy. No original package, and the accessories depend on your luck. Just picked up mine today.

• No. It comes in a russian-doll assortment of smaller and smaller boxes, then bags, then the unit sits in the last bag. The charge kit comes in a box inside this last bag.
