Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The ones I bought look absolutely brand new, I bet these were customers who returned them. BTW I returned mine too, it feels like the retractable cord can fail with how thin the speaker wire is..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You never know what was wrong with them. Could have been someone didnt like them so they returned them or it could have been not working properly so they we repaired. Either way, they are at a fair price considering they are more then 50% compared to new.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually refurbished items mean that they've been returned for any number of reasons and the company felt it cheaper to just fix the problem then resell them. You'll never find out specifically what the issue was unless you were the one who fixed them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Refurbished electronic products are products that have been previously returned to a manufacturer or vendor for various reasons. They may be unused customer returns that are essentially "new" items, or they may be defective products that were returned under warranty, and resold by the manufacturer after repairing the defects and ensuring proper function, or items used in field tests, sales displays or demonstrations. They may also be items that were returned to the manufacturer because the box or the item was damaged in shipping or was missing some accessories. The warranty for theLG - Refurbished TONE ULTRA Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones - Black Model # HBS-810 may vary depending on where the refurbishment was done and Best Buy's Customer Service will be able to tell you waht the warranty is on them but they will not be able to tell you what was refurbished nor why they were...^IFV
