• A:Answer The LG Sound Suite H7 | Wireless Soundbar 9.1.6 Spatial Audio | Dolby Atmos FlexConnect Soundbar for TV, Model # H7, connects to the TV via HDMI eARC and does not include an HDMI input for direct video pass-through. Features such as 4K 60/120 Hz, VRR, and ALLM are applicable only when a soundbar supports HDMI pass-through. Since the H7 does not provide HDMI pass-through functionality, these features are not applicable on the H7 itself. It connects to the TV via HDMI eARC and does not include an HDMI input for direct video pass-through. You can still enjoy a gaming experience by using the setup below: Recommended setup: Connect your game console directly to the TV’s HDMI input, and then connect the TV to the H7 via eARC. (Console → TV → H7 via eARC). With this configuration: The TV will handle gaming performance features such as 4K 60/120 Hz, VRR, and ALLM (depending on the TV’s capabilities). • A:Answer Based on LG's current business strategy, it is highly unlikely that LG will drop the "ThinQ" brand in the near future. The company has fully pivoted ThinQ to represent its Artificial Intelligence (AI) and smart home connectivity platform. LG shifted its focus to its lucrative home appliance division, using ThinQ to connect refrigerators, washing machines, and TVs. ThinQ is now synonymous with LG's "smart home" initiative, and it remains the brand name for LG's IoT (Internet of Things) appliances and app, which is a major part of our overall business strategy. LG will not drop the ThinQ name because it is the brand umbrella for our profitable AI-enabled home appliances and smart home ecosystem. Besides that, the LG H7 soundbar and W7 subwoofer (part of the LG Sound Suite) connect wirelessly using a proprietary technology based on Wi-Fi (5GHz). They are designed to work as a wireless, modular home theater system, allowing the W7 subwoofer to pair seamlessly with the H7 soundbar for audio playback...^Ivan.

• A:Answer The LG - Sound Suite H7 Soundbar with Dolby Atmos FlexConnect - Black, does not have a Sub Out output. It can be connected to the LG Sound Suite W7 8-inch Subwoofer | Deep Bass | Wireless Model # W7 through the LG ThinQ app’s Dolby Atmos FLEXCONNECT settings without the need for complicated wires. The W7 requires a TV or soundbar with Dolby Atmos FLEXCONNECT support for connection, and after registering the soundbar in the LG ThinQ app, you can connect the W7 through [Dolby Atmos FlexConnect] in the LG ThinQ app. (Refer to the W7 owner’s manual for detailed connection instructions.) The W7 can be assigned to a Dolby Atmos FLEXCONNECT group, but does not operate in Dolby Atmos FLEXCONNECT mode...^Ivan.
