“Did anyone have issues with the slam resistant doors? We need to close the doors ourselves or they will not close at all? I looked through the manual and there nothing stating about if the slam resistant does not work try this. I mean self closing.”

We have not had this happen. We just gently close the doors and they finish closing themselves.
