Wall bracket is probably different, but overall size should be a direct replacement. Location of hole in upper cabinet for power cable may also be different, but good templates are included to help get it right.

I was replacing a 10 year old microwave, so not certain, i did have to use the plate that came with the LG as it differed a bit from the old one, but it was not a big deal, 4 screws to take off old one and mount this, pretty simple

No they are different.  Can use the same holes in the wall. 
The hes in the upper cabinet are different.
