Q: Question(1) Customers say knobs made of cheap plastic and they easily break. Does LG replace these? Why cheap plastic knobs on an expensive cooktop? (2) What is the warranty? (3) Is stainless steel actual material of the grills or mere thin color finish?

Q: QuestionHow do you clean the stainless steel? The stainless steel cleaner that I have used for 14 years does not work on this particular cooktop. It works perfectly on my GE appliances but there’s something different with the LG stainless steel. Help!
