  • QuestionDoes this stacked washer and dryer have an option for a stand with a drawer? If so, what is the height of the stand? Would a 5' 4" person be able to reach the dryer with a stand?

    Asked by Moses.

    • Answer Hi there, Moses. Thank you for reaching out. We understand you're asking about the LG SWWE50N3 WashTower and whether it has an option for a stand with a drawer. While the WashTower itself doesn’t come with a separate stand with a drawer, it is designed to be a space-saving solution that combines both the washer and dryer in a vertical stack. Regarding the height, the WashTower itself stands at 74 3/8" tall. Depending on the height of the stand you're considering, a person who is 5'4" may find it a bit of a stretch to comfortably reach the dryer. If you are looking for a more accessible solution, you might want to explore if there are additional accessories or platforms designed to lower the height of the dryer. https://www.lg.com/us/washers-dryers/lg-swwe50n3-washtower#pdp_specs If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be happy to assist you. —Renzo

    Asked by Deb.

    • Answer Hello there, Deb. Thank you for your question. We understand you're asking about the width of the SWWE50N3 Washtower when both the washer and dryer doors are fully open. When the doors are fully open, they do indeed extend beyond a 90-degree angle. The total width of the SWWE50N3 Washtower with both doors open will be 57 3/8". • QuestionCan I adjust the heat settings? and tell which heat level is being used? Also, does it have a de-wrinkle cycle - not a wrinkle guard, but a de-wrinkle cycle

    Asked by TonyG.

    • Answer Hello there. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your questions about the SWWE50N3 model. We understand the importance of having control over your appliance's settings. Regarding heat settings adjustment, this model does allow you to adjust the heat levels. Typically, the heat level being used is indicated by the position of the control knob or the digital display, depending on the specific model variation. Additionally, the SWWE50N3 does feature a de-wrinkle cycle, designed specifically to help reduce wrinkles efficiently. This cycle is distinct from the wrinkle guard function, focusing on quickly refreshing garments to maintain a neat appearance. • QuestionIs this one plug or two separate plugs??

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hi, there. Thank you for your interest with the LG WashTower Model SWWE50N3. The unit uses a terminal block connection between the wall receptacle and the unit. It Does not have a normal plug like other appliances. You can use a Four-Wire Power Cord or a Three-Wire Power Cord. This dryer must be connected to a grounded metal, permanent wiring system, or an equipment-grounding conductor must be run with the circuit conductors and connected to the equipment-grounding terminal or lead on the dryer. The dryer has its own terminal block that must be connected to a separate 240 VAC, 60-Hertz, single-phase circuit, fused at 30 amperes. (The circuit must be fused on both sides of the line.) Electrical service for the dryer should be of the maximum rate voltage listed on the nameplate. do not connect the dryer to 110-, 115-, or 120-volt circuit. For proper installation and grounding, please download the owner's manual through this link: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-SWWE50N3.ANSEEUS. -Danee

  • QuestionWhy has LG refused to make W/D doors interchangeable to open to either the right or the left? So many people need them to open alternate to what LG offers. Why not make this available to customers?

    Asked by Confusious.

    • Answer Because they are fools!!! How on earth do they expect for people to all have the same need for openings? Doors have been interchangeable for decades! So ridiculous! I would be buying this unit but it won’t work in my space. I really hope they find themselves stuck with a bunch of these machines. Maybe they will go back to the right design!
