“My phone went completely dead. Tried everything. Finally after being on charger, it is showing a steady red light and the battery symbol with a question mark on it. Any ideas? Wont turn off or restart. Thankyou”

• Happened to me too. It had to charge until my battery wa 5 % before it would turn back on even plugged in.
