• obviously i cant guarantee it but i i bought the stylo 3 to replace my stylo 1 and activated it and my plan did not change. still 35.00 a month

• Yes if you have Virgin Mobile. I went from a cheap phone on their service to the LG Stylo 3 and still only pay $35 a month.
