I tried to use the wire to listen to non-BT device but it does not connect. The green light flashes 3 times, then continues to flash, but they never connect. What can I do?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know this thread is a little old, but this may help some others in the same situation. If the case keeps blinking green, try resetting your earbuds, I had the same problem and this worked for me. To reset the earbuds: 1) Place both earbuds on the case (make sure the AUX connection switch on the side is turned OFF, or it won't work) 2) Touch and hold the touch control on the left earbud until the status led on the cage blinks in RED. 3) Release your finger and wait a few seconds for the earbuds to reset. When done, the status light will blink in blue (entering Bluetooth pairing mode) After resetting the earbuds, try turning the AUX switch ON one more time, it should connect to the earbuds this time. It will blink green when the case is pairing with the earbuds, and once paired, the green light will stay on for 3 seconds and then turn off. The pairing after resetting took less than 5 seconds, and before resetting it just kept blinking forever without pairing. Hope this works for you as well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Plug the 3.5mm jack into an audio source and the other side of the cable into the usb c port on the charging case. Then flip the switch on the side of the case and the earbuds will connect to the case instead of whichever other device it was connected to. You should also know that these will fall apart after using them for about 3 months and LG will not warranty this as they see it as physical damage even though the only thing I used them for was putting into and out of my ears.
