No you can't replace the battery I use mine for work so I'm on it from 8am til 9pm and it holds its charges very well. I plug in overnight and it's ready to go in the morning. The last one I had lasted 3 years. I pulled too hard on the recoil for the ear piece and pulled the wire. I ruined it otherwise I would still be using that one. They last for at least 3 years.
