Please try again later.Hello, Best Buy has a 15 day return policy on returns for a full refund to the original tender from date of purchase, so obviously you will need your original receipt for proof of purchase and the unit must not be damaged in any way! If you're planning to upgrade and you have the all the accessories that came with the LG Tone that you want to return, they will allow you to pay the difference. You can contact Best Buy to get details on exactly what you need in order to proceed with the return and then you will need to go to their Customer Service desk to get that processed. If you do not have your original receipt, you can ask them to look it up if you remember when it was purchased and provided it was with a credit card, cash receipts are hard to find since there isn't a name to go by...IFV

Also, you can take them back and upgrade to a newer model if that's the issue. For future reference, always get the insurance plan. I actually think it was LESS than $20.
