“Bought LG Tone Ultra today, was told it would pair with my new iPod Nano...but it doesn't please help....when I try to pair, the Nano cannot find the Ultra and message in bluetooth is "device is out of range"”

It certainly should pair with that device, so I would recommend trying it again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will pair with the Nano - it did for mine. Keep in mind that you have to manually pair "connect" to bluetooth. Sometimes, I have to turn off the bluetooth on the Nano and turn back on for it to be paired., This happens only when the headset is paired with more than one device. Plus, it can only pair to two at one time - so, like in my case, if I am near the three or four that I have it paired to, I must turn off the bluetooth on one or two for it to pair.

There are certain generations of Ipod Nano that do not support Bluetooth. Without knowing which generation of that device you have we cannot determine whether there is an issue with the HBS-800 not being able to pair with your device or that it simply cannot because it doesn't have the capability. Our advice would be for you to check with your device's manufacturer to make sure that it supports Bluetooth...^IFV
