Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the volume on your phone & headset. Make sure you're not too far out of range from your phone when walking around and talking on the headset
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had this issue at all, in fact the sound is so clear that I only use one ear bud for calls. Perhaps its a defect with your particular headset.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I honestly have not had any interference with my bluetooth. I can hear clearly and do not have any problems with static or noises. My nephew just replaced his phone. It was the phone that was causing all of the static and noise. It was a older phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your inquiry. We regret to read about the issues you're experiencing with your LG Tone Ultra Bluetooth Headset, Model # HBS-800. It's always a concern that 1 pair is not working accordingly, but when 2 pairs of a brand new headset are exhibiting the same issue, then you really have to start suspecting that the problem may not be with the headset but with either the phone or the settings within the phone or the carrier. Without knowing which model phone you have nor the carrier you use, it cannot be determined where the problem may be, but since the signal is deriving from the carrier and then through your phone, you may want to look into those first...^IFV
