• Under there battery cover. And above the battery. Right where the sim inserts you can add a SD card. And honestly if best buy doesn't have them, just ask google.

• Yes more memory can, lift up the back like as if your trying to remove the battery. And above the battery where the sim is located there is a slot for an sd card.
