Yes it will
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works fine with my Dell netbook that is running Windows 10, so I don't see why it would have a problem with the Surface Pro 3.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will work but you will need a player that decodes blu-ray, like powerdvd as microsoft media player doesn't decode blu-ray
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The LG - Ultra Slim 8x Max. DVD Write Speed External USB DVD RW/CD-RW Drive, Model # SP80NB60 should work, but the problem you might run into is that the USB ports on the Surface Pro 3 do not supply enough power to drive the SP80NB60. If you run into that problem you could try a plugable USB hub that has its' own power supply...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it has a USB port then yes it will work
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this will work with Microcsoft Surface Pro 3.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know about Microsoft Surface Pro 3, it does work well with my Microsoft Windows 10.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it should work with the included USB cable or any other USB cable of the same type (USB-A to USB-Mini-B). Note that this optical drive is a USB 2.0 device and the USB port on the Surface Pro 3 is a USB 3.0 port. USB 3.0 ports don't (usually) have any trouble when you plug a USB 2.0 device into them (3.0 ports are backward-compatible with 2.0 devices) but USB 2.0 devices plugged into USB 3.0 ports aren't going to operate any faster than they would have while plugged into a USB 2.0 port. For example, imagine you're riding an electric skateboard with a top speed of 30 mph. Even if you ride it onto a freeway with a 65 mph speed limit, its top speed is still going to be the same 30 mph it was before. Note: Please don't ride electric skateboards on freeways. :)
