Press the Joystick: Find the joystick button at the bottom center of the monitor and press it to open the main menu. 2. Select Settings: Move the joystick to the right to choose the Settings option. 3. Adjust Brightness: Go to the Picture settings and find the Brightness option. Use the joystick to lower the brightness to your preferred level. 4. Exit the Menu: Press the joystick button again to close the menu. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is button on the back of the monitor. The right side. That will allow you to adjust the hardware side of the monitor. Or in windows/Mac OS, display settings. You can edit brightness. On windows, right click anywhere on the desktop, select display settings. I’m not sure off the top of my head how to get there on Mac.
