“Hey Everyone, I am unable to use the monitor speakers and if I flip the joystick under the monitor to increase or decrease the volume, it shows the headphones mode. Is it in headphone mode by any chance and is there a way for me to change it to speakers?”

It doesn't have speakers. But it has a spot to hookup headphones or speakers.
