I used Adaptive Sync, display port, paid extra for top of the line tech did not pay less for the HDMI connection, did all the appropriate troubleshooting. This was factory malfunction which is why it was under legal warranty. I have receipts and proof of purchase. Your junk technology failed after less than 3 weeks of use. And now you are holding the product I paid over $1,000 dollars for which means I paid you the product manufacturer $1,000 for no product. That is fraud and theft. I am documenting ever response LG gives me to the police and federal authorities because this is an illegal practice (theft). You have stolen my property and are not either honoring your repair warranty or giving me the money you took from me through Best Buy the retailer. This is illegal.
