• It should be but the button placement is a bit different that the 4 & 4s. That being said it might not be the best fit. I would suggest visiting your local Best Buy and asking permission to try it on first. If they are not able simply buy it, try it out a couple days and if you aren't satisfied simply return it within 14 days!

• No this case has nothing to do with signal reception. The 4 and 4S don't have 4G capability.

• If it is an iphone 4 it will fit. I believe 4G is for the reception ability not the model number. You must have an iphone 4 or 4S. I have a LIFEPROOF for my 4S and I love it. It saved my phone a few times in just the first few months.
