The sound is not muffled on my end when playing music, but people I am conversing with people, they say it is hard to hear me, unless I have the headphones with the mic plugged in.

I havent had any complaints about the call quality. I made sure to try the case out before I purchased it. I havent had any over heating issues with any of the several lifeproof cases I've owned

no, the sound quality is fine when in the case, but my phone does be hot when taken out of the case
