Yes, it is for the 5c. On mine right now. White front, grey bumper, transparent rear (shows your phone's color).

It is black or clear; however, you can buy decals and have whatever look you'd like.

It's frosted. It's clear enough to see through it, however has a white appearance.

It's both! The front is white and the back is clear so the color of your 5C shows through.
