• Yes, when you get the case, it is necessary to put the case together without the phone and leave it under water submerged for 30-45 mins. I did 1 hour and check for and moisture or water in the case, if none you are good to go to put the phone in, if you find moisture or water in the case after the test hen Lifeproof will work with you on getting another or assist in resolving the issue
