• Yes it has a built in screen protector and it is amazing. i just bought another one of these cases to replace the one i had because i'm a welder and mechanic so the case was very beat up. I took my phone out and not a scratch or smudge on it. It honestly feels like a new phone now.

• Yes, the case completely encases the phone. The only time your phone will be exposed to the elements while in the case is if you leave the charging port cover open.
