Yes, there is a waterproof flap that will open when you want to charge the case. No need to remove the case for charging.

Hello. To answer your question regarding charging your phone, yes you are fully able to charge your IPhone with the Lifeproof case on which is a really nice feature! I bought this Lifeproof case because of the fact that I can charge the phone without taking the case on and off.

Yes. There is a hinged door that you flip down to access your charge port. The port hole itself seems wide enough for after market charg cords and fits stock cords with ease.

Yes you can plug in your phone to charge with this case. There is a little latch you open up and boom. Charging. With the new iPhone 7 you can only use headphones or charge. Can't do both at the same time.
