• The adapter can be used on most smart phones. It sticks to the device with 3M sticky tape. It does not stick to all surfaces, so read the instructions before applying the tape. Good Luck.

• I'm forced to interpret your question but since the adapter is simply self-adhered to the back of whatever case you choose (or to the back of your phone if you'd prefer) ANY hard shell case with a flat back for ANY make or model of phone will work.
