“does case 1 year warranty include phone if it gets wet phone got wet through case with all seals closed and secure. about 6 months old. took pictures of kids in ocean and now phone won't turn on. obviously it got wet since when I removed the case, camera has moisture behind it??? how do I fix my phone and get a replacement car since this isn't working. Same thing happened to me. Looks like the case can be replaced, but they don't do anything about phone. You have to fill out claim form to get new case. Very frustrating!! I don't even want a new case from Lifeproof...clearly their product does not work!!
