You can file a warranty claim through Lifeproof's website. You will need to follow the instructions/steps to file the warranty claim. I attached the link to take you right to the where step 1 is...but if for some reason it does not open correctly you can just Google Lifeproof warranty claim and go from there. https://www.lifeproof.com/en-us/warranty-claim
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you contact lifeproof they will send you a new one. Most likely it will be a black case. If you have your receipt I would call Best Buy and speak to customer service before trying to return it. Best Buy is normally good with returns but I'm not sure about damaged products.
