Screen Damage I just purchased the Life Proof case not even a month ago and my screen has already cracked from being dropped. I paid almost $100 for this case so that I wouldn't have this problem again. What can I do about this? Does Lifeproof cover such incidents?

As misleading as it sounds, I don't believe lifeproof's "warranty" covers anything except the case and that's only for water damage, not drops.

Unfortunately, I believe that there is a disclaimer in the "thank you" note in the package that states that Lifeproof is not responsible for damage caused to your phone even when the case is on. I've had a friend that also had a similar situation where he had water damage when the case was on his phone while he was taking pictures at the pool. He contacted Lifeproof and I believe he was able to work something out with them. You can try doing that. Depends on who you talk to I guess. Good luck.

As far as i know, they are suppose to cover it, you need to contact Lifeproof and you need the numbers inside the lifeproof case.
