• Contact Lifeproof. They guarantee the case and will give you the instructions for the replacement.

• Go through Lifeproof, there is a form on their website to download, follow directions and they will send you a replacement case. if you have the sales reciept, even better.

• It depends on how long ago you purchased it. If it has been more than 30 days, go through Lifeproof website. Pretty easy to submit a claim.

• Go through lifeproof. They provide you a replacement if your case is less than a year old
