You can use a standard charging cord.

Yes you can use wireless charging for this case.

Yes there is a cover port over the charging area that opens right to left for charging. I do worry at some point if you are not using the new fancy charger if that will not break at some point. My wife did spend the extra money and purchased the wireless charging pad. That works great as well.
