A:AnswerThis series of case has a raised edge around the front to protect the screen but the screen is open other then the edge there is no screen protection. I use this case on my iPhone and of all the cases they offer this is by far my fav.
A:AnswerThis Lifeproof Next case has bumpers on the front of the screen and small protrusions on the camera on the back as well. It doesn't have a built in screen protector so it is open screen but still does not allow your screen to make contact with the ground.
