Try RESET...or call help desk. They were great to work with for me.

I have a Linksys router and a Samsung TV and couldn’t get Netflix (and other apps) completely loaded on my TV. Samsung informed me that my router needed to be within 12 feet of my router. Bought a Linksys AC 1200 extender, it was easy to install, and things have worked great since. So, I suggest contacting tech support for the extender you purchased (if you already haven’t) or trying a different extender. Good luck.
