“How do you set up QOS? I would want to limit so many mbps to multiple devices down stairs and dedicate a certain amount of bandwidth to my laptop that is hard wired to Xfinity Business modem w/ a static IP. I have 20 plus smart home devices too.”

Hi there. The Linksys EA7200 doesn't have the QOS feature. However, you can use the Device Prioritization feature of the router to prioritize a device. You can visit this link for more info: (https://www.linksys.com/us/support-article?articleNum=274489).
