• Yes. Just connect dsl modem to router and disable router feature of dsl modem (if applicable)

• Yes, but you must turn the firewall off on the modem and use the router modem combo as just a DSL Bridge.

• Yes it will, though it is recommended you turn off WiFi function on the AT&T provided router.

• If you have 50 to 100 mbps to your modem then you can make use of this WiFi router, any less and this router is over kill. Yes this will work with ATT Uverse as after the data has passed through the modem you can use just about any Wifi router but you should match the speed of the data coming in to the modem and then match the WiFi router to the high side of the modem capability.
