Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hope you took it back. It sounds like it was defective. This product worked great for us. I did the setup near my WiFi router so if I had any issues I would be close by. It took me 2-3 times but I think I was in OE (Operator Error) mode. Once set up I walked about 60-70 yds to my shop outside and got it all hooked up to my camera system. Worked as advertised!
