- Answer Possibly, however I doubt linksys creates drivers and software for PlayStation. Unless your PS4 has some generic software to run the adapter I have no idea if it will work unless you try. Did your ps4 WiFi adapter quit working ?

- Answer I would not recommend this adapter for gaming. We have significant lags and occasional dropped connections using this adapter and the router is in the next room.

QuestionI’m currently living on college and the college Im currently at doesn't have no Ethernet ports, so we’re basically running on WiFi and it’s really terrible. I lose packet loss every time. Would you recommend this product?

- Answer Hi. Despite having a good wireless adapter, it will not mean anything if you have an unstable Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, this will not solve your problem.

- Answer A router or gateway (modem-router combo) should suffice, Auto1rn. So long as Wi-Fi signal is being broadcast, that should be fine.

QuestionHow can I tell if the device is working? The white light is on, but I can't see much difference when I run a internet speed test. Have I missed a step? How can I tell if the drivers are installed? I have run the speed test with and without the device.

- Answer Hi, Hatman. One of the physical indications that the adapter is recognized by the computer is by checking the LED. If it is ON, it means that it’s being recognized. You may also check it from the computer’s Device Manager. As for the speed, it is possible that we still need to update the driver to optimize its performance.
