A:AnswerOne must hold the volume rocker switch down for a few seconds. For me it took longer than expected. I would say at least 3 to 4 seconds. Each level has a corresponding beep. I.e. 1 beep - level 1, etcetera. I believe each mode is described on their website. I’m still learning myself.

These are crap right out of the box. 1 ear was buzzing. . Amd my father still couldnt hearvthe buxz .i heatd from 10 feet away. They wete damaged from the beginning returned next day.
