Q: QuestionMy daughter's unicorn suddenly stopped working properly. It's not responding and is "skipping" We have had it only two weeks. It was a gift and I can't find any information on troubleshooting. She loves it. How do I attempt to fix it?

• A:Answer I'm in the same situation. I feel like its wiring. I can feel wires on both sides,beneath Rainglow's fur. When I've played with the wires she'll turn on, especially upside down. I want to be sure before i cut into it.
