We noticed the same thing. We went to Amazon and bought a very respectable case for 1/2 the price. Just make sure you specify Lively or Lively 2. They are not interchangeable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can get cases for the Alcatel phone. The jitterbug phone is nothing special except for the red police/ambulance option. Buy one of the cheap purses that you can even wear around your neck, that is way more reasonable that this simple case.

It also has the advantage that many of our connections have texting available and are most willing to text. The younger generation likes to do the texting.
