• We were able to port my Aunt's AT&T cell phone number over to her new Jitterbug phone. We had a very nice customer service person on the Jitterbug setup line who explained how we needed to do this. It is a process.

• Once You make a Great Call account I just typed in the phone numbers online and they automatically synced to my husbands phone. I was told when I bought the phone that you could do it with the blue tooth but I didn't try. When I called Great Call to set up his account I found it easier to type the phone numbers in to the phone book.
