• Jitterbug 2 does have voice command for someone who can say, "Alexa tell Lively to call (whomever)"

• Unfortunately I really doubt it. Jitterbug phones are purposely simple, and thus don't offer advanced tech features like you describe. I've read all their instructions and never saw any hint of something like this.
