Monthly service plans and all services for the Jitterbug Flip can be viewed on the GreatCall web page, www.greatcall.com. You can text/picture message on the Jitterbug Flip. There is a Library of several pre-made text messages of commonly used phrases available that can be easily sent, or you can customize a message via the triple tap method using the keypad.

If you go online and use your debit card, you can activate the phone online. Or you can call the toll-free number that comes with the packaging and get it activated with your debit or credit card.. very quick activation.
