• Hello, if your mom is a current GreatCall Customer, when she calls to activate her new Jitterbug Flip, her phone number and any existing contacts will transfer over.

• Not sure, sorry. However, adding phones is super easy. I added phone numbers via computer. I found this quicker than doing it on actual phone. You can also speak with someone from great call, or Google your specific question. Very helpful company.
