Hello, the Lively Flip phone does have the ability to specific numbers from calling you.

You can block a specific number from calling but you cannot block texts. My 11-year-old son receives texts about online sex. Customer service says there is nothing they can do. Do not buy this phone unless you are into webcam sex.

You can block individual numbers, but not able to block all calls not in contact list. Looking for different brand of phone for my mother, because scammers call 15 to 30. Timed a day, and change their number each time it is blocked.
