Q: QuestionIs it compatible with Verizon SIM card

• A:Answer The answer is No! I tried this for my mother after she dropped & broke her flip phone through her Verizon contract. Took it directly to Verizon after purchasing and they tried to activate because they couldn’t see why not, because it’s also through Verizon, but they could not. It’s somehow a totally different prepay Verizon set up? You’re stuck with the Lively prepay that is carried w/ Verizon.

Q: QuestionI have Jitterbug flip. Does Lively sell a cable with which to import my photos to my laptop? A tech said I must take phone to camera dept at Walgreens or CVS.

Q: QuestionMy dad has the new Lively Flip phone. I have Verizon cell service and I don't have any problems connecting to my dad. 3 family members also have Verizon and are unable to connect to dad's phone. When they call dad can hear them but they can not hear dad.

• A:Answer We had this same problem. Our newer iPhones would not connect with my mom's Lively Flip. We called tech support and had her added to the list for the tech update (we waited almost 2 weeks for the update). After the update was completed, we had no problems with the connection. I hope this helps!

The highest SAR value for this model when tested is .87W/Kg for use at the ear and 1.11W/Kg for use close to the body. While there may be differences between the SAR levels of various phones and at various positions, they all meet the government requirement for RF exposure.
