A:Answer No, it does not. I just had to return my Smart3 for that exact reason. I loved the phone, searching the net and shopping was great, the Jitterbug could receive voicemail, but wifi calling does not appear anywhere because it is not supported. Spent an hour and wore out two very nice techs; it simply is not available. I was reassured before purchase that it would work with cell service in my area, but we have no cell service in my area, and no wifi calling capability.
