QuestionI am currently getting internet access through Spectrum as well phone service. I am trying to cut costs as well as have a mobile phone. I want to drop all service from Spectrum and be able through Jitterbug be able to access internet/emailing.

- Answer Hello, to view messages on the Jitterbug Smart2 please tap on the “Text Messages” option from the main menu. You will be presented with a list of messages, and you will have the ability to select a particular message of your choice. If you need to clear notifications on the Jitterbug Smart2, please swipe your finger down from the top of the screen and tap on the option to “Clear All”. QuestionMy friend left a text message on jitterbug smart 3 but my phone goes to sleep, I can't hear the notification until I wake up the phone. I went to the setting and found the apps. I scrolled down and saw the text message and the contact are not working.

- Answer Great question! You are able to manage your lock screen options in setting. You just go to phone settings>android settings>notifications>messaging make sure you do not have the block all option setup and you should be able to receive alerts once a new message comes in on you lock screen even if it is in sleep mode. QuestionI bought Jitterbug smartphone3 last week at Best Buy. My smartphone goes to sleep. My friend left a text message to me but I don't see my text message unless I touch my smartphone to wake my phone up. Is any alarm or beep to check the text message?

- Answer Great question! To answer a phone call on your Jitterbug Smart2 phone you press and hold your finger on the Phone Icon button and drag your finger up to answer or down to dismiss. You may also show a green bar on the very top of your phone that will allow you to answer a phone call if your on text mode. If you need further assistance contact Customer Service at 1(800) 733-6632, between the hours of 6am-6pm, Pacific time.

QuestionWhen making a call I can’t hear the other phone ringing while waiting for someone to answer. However once they answer I can hear them fine. This makes it hard to know if the phone is actually calling someone. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Maintenance on a tower can typically cause what you are currently experiencing, but will be temporary not permanent. - Answer Not sure what happened. Perhaps the transfer had a glitch. Have you tried manually entering a new contact yourself? If that fails, customer support might be able to resolve remotely.
