Hello Linda, yes the Jitterbug Smart2 has an alarm clock feature. You can access the alarm clock by going to All Apps, Select clock, Click the first icon on the left (Alarm Clock) then click the gray dot next to time to turn green which will turn on the alarm. Click on the time to adjust the numbers. You may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-733-6632, to help with your concerns between the hours of 5am and 7pm, Pacific Standard Time.
