• You don’t need your phone with you if you need help it has its own number just push the button I bought this for a friend and she loves it especially because she can shower with it around her neck

• "fone"? I assume you mean the medical pendant. Has to be within reach for you to push the button. You could attach any kind of second lanyard to the original so you could easily pull it to you.
